We want you to love your alice + olivia purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Return Policy
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
How to Return
- Prepaid Return Label: Use the prepaid return label included in your package.
- Pack Your Items: Securely pack your return in the original packaging.
- Ship Your Return: Drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 7–10 business days after your return is received.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items are marked as such at purchase and cannot be returned or refunded.
